Flip the switch. This is what May looks like — and the reason a roof gets fixed in March.
Roof framing and installation, foam insulation and waterproofing engineered for Jamaican rain. The storm stays in the forecast, not in your building.
— everything below the roofline stays dry —

Timber and steel framing built to carry the load and resist hurricane-season wind, the covering itself (standing seam, zinc, clay tile, decramastic tile, wood shingle or membrane), and the waterproofing, insulation and flashing that keep every system watertight through Jamaican rain.
Dark months = rain seasons. The best time to fix a roof is the months in white.
Fabricated and installed for Jamaican rainfall volumes, tied into proper downpipe and drainage runs so water moves away from the structure instead of into it.
When a hurricane passes, the blue tarps go up and the clock starts. We assess, make safe, and replace, working through insurance documentation where needed, so the roof over your family or your business goes back on properly rather than temporarily. More on hurricane roof repair, or see how we handled the Island Routes recovery.

Most residential roof replacements take two to four weeks depending on size, roof system and weather. Commercial projects are scheduled in phases so your operations can continue.
We do both. Many calls are leak repairs and localized waterproofing; we only recommend replacement when repair is no longer economical.
We are based in Kingston and work across Jamaica, with completed projects in Kingston, St Andrew, St Catherine, Portland, St James and Trelawny.
